BIVOCATIONAL LAY LEADERS
CPM’s rely on lay leaders with normal jobs in addition to the work of the ministry, thus modelling diligent godly work and dependence on God. This prevents leadership shortages caused by relying on seminary-trained or highly-educated leaders. Every believer is capable of leading to some degree and fruitful leaders continue to grow in leadership abilities through on the job training. Pray for multiplication of Christ-following leaders in every sphere.
But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms His covenant, which He swore to your ancestors, as it is today. Deuteronomy 8:18
