ObeyGC2 will be carried out by little bands of ordinary radicals. Can that change the world? That’s the only way it’s ever been done!
For good or ill, this is how it has happened. The greatest example is the rag-tag bunch we refer to as Jesus’ disciples. They were certainly ordinary (until Jesus and the Holy Spirit transformed them). They were unquestionably radicals. They have changed the world beyond reckoning. We are their spiritual descendants. Let’s live up to our heritage. We have the same Lord, the same God, the same Spirit, the same Kingdom, the same purpose, the same calling, the same power. What are we waiting for?
