One of the ObeyGC2 values is that work is high-leverage.
This is just another way to say working smart. The point is that the outcomes are large when compared to the inputs. This can be achieved in any number of ways, but it will nearly always include the involvement of as many people as possible downline. In other words any time I am doing something, I should involve those I am doing it with and those I am doing it for in doing it for someone else later. Leverage can also be achieved through engaging idle resources.
